Below are the listed budgets and property tax rates for the district for the past 3 years. Additionally, the 2018 Audit is included.
In order to better serve the district, as well as keep homeowners property taxes as low as possible, effective 2020, ESD 3, per voter approval, also includes a sales tax rate of $0.01 within its boundaries. We found this to be a method to assist in funding as well as sharing the tax burden over all our citizens served in ESD 3 and not just property owners.
